How to book a class?
First timers
If you are coming to our studio for the first time, choose your class in the schedule and give us a call (+420 702 157 021) or email us (INFO@YOGAMOVEMENT.CZ). We will be happy to help you with the class choice as well.
Regulars
You may download our Yoga Movement App here: IOS / ANDROID, browse our schedule and book your classes there. You can always email us or give us a call too.
What to bring / wear?
Any comfortable clothes. Yoga mats, towels and fresh water are waiting for you at the studio.
How do I cancel the class?
You may cancel the class at least 2 hours before it starts. Email us or call us at the reception and we will cancel it for you. If you are regular, download our Yoga Movement app, so you may book and cancel classes on the go.
I am not flexible. Can I start with yoga?
Yes, of course. Yoga will open a journey to better flexibility and mobility for you. Most of us started yoga and were not able to touch the toes.
I am a complete beginner. How do I choose the right class?
Classes suitable for complete beginners with no yoga experience are tagged with L0 in the schedule. We also provide courses that will teach you the right foundations you can built your yoga practice on. Contact us for further information on these courses.
