This unique concept combines conscious work with the body in the systems of Yoga Asanas with elements of Gymnastic.
The aim of the workshop is to strengthen and stretch the whole body and to work on Gymnastic exercises in a safe way.
What you will learn in this workshop:
1. To perceive and control your body, for example to strengthen the whole body in one moment
2. To breathe correctly during exercising
3. How to go into handstands or bridge pose in the right way, how to cartwheel and roll forward and backward
4. To rest effectively thanks to Pranayama (Breathing Techniques) and Guided Meditation

Workshop structure: Warm up and Stretching, Full Body Workout, Gymnastics, Slow Yoga practice with Guided Meditation, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra.
The workshop is led by Kat and Slávek.
Kateřina Dymáková is a certified teacher (RYT 200 – India) of Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, currently advanced yoga training (YTT 300 – USA). Her yoga is playful, she emphasizes the connection between Breath and Movement and the correct execution of Asanas.
Until recently, Sviatoslav Soloviev was a top Gymnast for over 17 years, representing the Czech Republic in international competitions, including the World and European Championships. At the end of his career, he devoted himself to working as a coach to be able to pass on his many years of experience. He is a certified coach.
The workshop is suitable for all levels – even for complete beginners in both yoga and gymnastics.
