We would like to invite you to our beautiful workshop that will combine Vinyasa Yoga practice with Face Yoga. The workshop will be led by Kat Dymáková and Lucka Podlucká.

Vinyasa Yoga

The first block of the workshop will focus on Vinyasa Practice, where you will learn a simple Set of Yoga Asanas, which you will be able to gradually modify according to your needs for Home Practice. You will learn how to quickly and effectively strengthen and stretch the whole body, we will focus most on strengthening the Core, Buttocks and Legs. We will also practice Pranayama – Breathing Techniques. You will learn to master three Pranayama Techniques – Ujjayi breath for dynamic practice, Kapala Bhati for strengthening of the abdominal muscles and the calming Nadi Shodhana for better sleep. After a short break, we will focus on Face Yoga in the second block of the Workshop.

Face Yoga

In the second block of the workshop, you will learn The Basic Face Yoga Set for everyday Home Practice, where you will strengthen and stretch your face entirely. You will be able to see results after the first session – your blood circulation and skin irradiation will improve. You will also learn a Gentle Facial Massage, which you can perform yourself every day and that has incredible results.

Kat Dymáková – I fell in love with yoga in 2000 in London where I used to live. From the very beginning, I perceive yoga not only as a mere exercise of the body, but as a tool to calm the Mind, to return to myself, as a way to Inner Balance and Peace. I studied at the Faculty of Humanities of the Charles University, where I focused mainly on psychology. In 2018, I fulfilled my long-held dream and in Rishikesh, India, I expanded my education with Eastern teachings and completed my YTT (RYT200 – Yoga Alliance). I also took an Ayurvedic Marma Massage Course in India. I am currently participating in the YTT 300 in the USA (Yoga Alliance). I teach Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga and Postpartum Yoga. In my classes I respect the Yoga Philosophy, I take into account the possibilities and feelings of my students, I focus on the correct performance of Asanas and the connection of Breath, Mind and Movement.

Lucie Podlucká – Yoga found me more than fifteen years ago and became an integral part of my days. I understand yoga not only as a physical activity, but above all, as a life style. Years ago, I completed my Yoga Teacher Course at the Czech Academy of Yoga, where I studied traditional yoga. Other trainings followed in India, Bali, Spain and Germany. I see education as an endless parallel to my yoga journey. We can meet at Hatha Yoga, Yin and Vinyasa lessons, but also at Pilates with reformers, I am a certified instructor for SUP Yoga (yoga on paddleboards), I have a course of Sports Nutrition Advisory. I believe that Yoga makes the world a better 🙂
